Katelyn is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Biomedical Engineering and Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Ohio State. Previously she worked for Rochal Industries, a company specializing in using polymers to create products to promote wound healing.

Matthew is a Professor, OSU Department of Ophthalmology, Director - Retina Division. His areas of specialization include vitreoretinal and corneal diseases involving the retina, vitreous (clear gel in the back of the eye), cornea (outer layer) and other structures.

Chief Product Development Officer

Joe's 30 year pharma/biopharma career has spanned early stage entrepreneurial to marketed product firms. He is responsible for product development strategy and execution leading to marketed products. Proteins, vaccines, LNP-mRNA, AAV vector and small molecules are modalities he has worked with at Genentech, VaxGen, Boehringer Ingelheim and Ultragenyx.

Brian has more than 20 years of experience in product development, CMC, quality control and regulatory compliance. He primarily focused on development of biologics at Blue Water Vaccines, Myonexus Therapeutics Battelle Memorial Institute.
